With safety being one of our main aims, all our properties have double glazed lockable windows and a mains-wired HMO Grade Fire Alarm system fitted as standard. Should any of our tenants have a problem day or night, we have even taken the extra step and have a 24/7 Emergency Tenant Helpline.
We are the largest independently owned student property providers in Liverpool, meaning we own and manage all our properties. On the very rare occasion when any problems do occur, decisions and action can be taken straight away, avoiding the stress and inconvenience of arranging everything through a management agent - as our Tenant, you will have a direct line to your Landlord.
