Below is our simple guide outlining our Liverpool Student Accommodation process from your initial property Enquiry to the final Check Out at the end of the Tenancy.

Once you’ve seen our great City Centre Apartments, decided on one or two you like the look of and want further information, simply Contact Us with your student property enquiry or call our team on 0151 348 4942. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and will happily answer any questions you may have, together we’ll arrange a suitable time and date for your viewing.

During the viewing, our experienced Student Property Liaisons will guide you around the property pointing out the numerous mod cons, benefits and safety features. Towards the end of the viewing, we’ll also go through the Tenancy conditions such the rent schedule and what’s included etc. For example all our student tenancies include all utility bills and unlimited high speed fibre optic broadband internet.

If you are happy to proceed and want the student property, then we’ll ask you to complete an Application Form which records your details and your Guarantor details. This information is used to build your Tenancy Documents. Once all completed Application Forms and Reservation Fees have been collected, the student property is now yours! When we have compiled your Tenancy Documents, we’ll get in touch and go through each document page by page and get all the relevant signatures.

Signed and sorted, everyone gets a copy of everything – you (the Tenant), your Guarantor and of course Student Lettings Point (the Landlord).

Next step - a week or two prior to the date you want to move in, you’ll get in touch with us to arrange the all-important Check In. At the Check In we’ll show you around the student property one more time and run through how everything works – Oven, Fire Alarm, Apple TV etc etc. You’ll sign to say you’ve received your keys and then you’re free to enjoy your new student home.

If you have any questions or maintenance issues during the Tenancy, you’ll have our direct contact phone numbers as well as a 24/7 Emergency Tenant Helpline. During the Tenancy we’ll be in regularly to test the Fire Alarms and perform various property checks.

At the end of the Tenancy, just get in contact again to arrange a Check Out. During this appointment we’ll run through the property to see if there are any maintenance issues and then we’ll collect your keys and say a final Good Bye and Good Luck!.
