How do I arrange a viewing?

If you've found a Liverpool student property you'd like to view, simply click the arrange a viewing link on the Liverpool student accommodation page and we'll get in touch to arrange a suitable time for your viewing asap.


How do we secure the student property we want?

If you have found a student property you like and want to secure it for the up and coming Academic Year, simply get all your flat mates to fill out an Application Form and pay the Reservation Fee (you get the full Reservation Fee back within 7 days of occupying the student property or we can simply knock it off your first Rent Payment!).

Once we have all completed Application Forms and Reservation Fees, the property is yours! We will no longer show it as available on our website and will stop anymore viewings.

How long is the tenancy?

The tenancy runs for 52 weeks - commencing from 1st July to 30th June.

However, only half rent is paid in July so we can gain access and carry out any maintenance needed because of the previous tenants, so everything is ready for you to enjoy your new student accommodation.

Do you take an annual deposit?

We do not take deposits, but we do use Guarantor Agreements. This is a legally binding document whereby the signatory (usually a parent or next of kin), agrees to fund the rent payments due from you in the event that your rent remains unpaid or damage is caused during the tenancy.

How is the rent paid?

Your rent payments are payable by cash, Online Banking or by Standing Order on or around the dates your student loan gets paid into your bank account.

However, we also offer a Personal Payment Plan - which we'll explain during your viewing or if you contact us.

What happens when we move in?

Once all the pre-tenancy documents have been sorted, we will arrange a Check In.

At the Check In, we will provide you with any keys and run through the property file which includes all safety information, instruction manuals and complete your Inventory Schedule of Condition.

What if we need something fixing?

We will provide you with our direct contact details and we also have a 24/7 Emergency Tenant Helpline.

What happens at the end of the tenancy?

Let us know as soon as possible when you wish to vacate your student accommodation. We'll arrange a Check Out time and together review your Inventory and Schedule of Condition, agree any discrepancies and collect your keys.

Can we renew our Tenancy for next year?

Yes of course! Simply get in contact with us when your ready to renew your tenancy for next year and we'll run through the new Tenancy Documents together at a time that suits you and even better - you won't have to pay any Reservation Fee.

Do I need to Insure my belongings?

In our opinion, it is vital you insure your belongings and our Tenancy Agreement stipulates this.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or animals in our student accommodation.
